Accommodation
The 16 different renovated properties mostly date back to the 18th century, bearing witness to a bygone era. Abandoned for a considerable time, they have been revived with care and attention to detail.
These houses have all been restored to retain their original character and architectural features, uncovering vaulted ceilings and insulating limestone beneath layers of concrete and paint.
In total, Beyt el Jabal includes 18 Mandalouns, 2 of the 3 vaulted tunnels in Deir el Qamar, half a dozen vaulted rooms, 9 antique fountains and many inner courtyards and panoramic terraces.

We encourage you to make the most of your surroundings and the opportunities for relaxation and exploration that our guesthouse offers. There are several common areas where guests can relax and socialize: sit by one of the water fountains, enjoy a meal at our restaurant, grab an ice cream or simply get lost in the pedestrian alleys of the old town.
- Board games (including chess and backgammon) are available in the lobby.
- In-room massage available upon request
- You can also check out our gallery boutique showcasing Mouneh products, a curated selection of arts & crafts by Zawal, as well as a selection of postcards, books & publications by Plan BEY.
